About
Generation USA transforms education into employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. The global pandemic has led to an unprecedented surge in unemployment — 375 million workers of all ages needed to learn new skills by 2030. At the same time, jobs remain in high demand, and employers say a skills shortage leaves them with vacancies.
Our free, fully online program offers you the opportunity to learn all you need to be successful as an IT Help Desk Technician – from the technical knowledge of software and hardware to the job application and interview skills that will help you get the job you want.
After completing the program and taking the exam, you will earn your industry-recognized CompTIA A+ certification. After the program, graduates have the opportunity to explore different learning outcomes like apprenticeships, internships, continuing education, or full-time employment.
