Is this a career path I'll enjoy?

We have a career services department that helps students and alumni find jobs, which includes resume writing, interview preparation, and even auditions at restaurants (this is called a "stage"). Your earnings will depend on the location where you work. For example, a cruise ship, a hotel, or other opportunities in fine dining may pay more than the usual $11-13/hour at more casual dining restaurants.
