Nunez's EMT program can be completed in as little as 6 months! The following programs are available for this program of study:

Career and Technical Certificate, Emergency Medical Technician

Career and Technical Certificate, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician

Certificate of Technical Studies, Paramedic

With as little as one semester of coursework, students can earn a Career and Technical Certificate (CTC) to become an EMT.

The Certificate in Technical Studies in Paramedicine trains students to become Paramedics and provide advanced levels of care for medical and trauma emergencies.

Careers in EMS are versatile and national certification is recognized by all states and internationally.

High school diploma or equivalency. Nunez Community College is an open-enrollment institution. This means that regardless of your ACT or COMPASS scores, you are eligible to begin enrolling in classes on our campus.
